Acne rosacea, or just simply rosacea, is a type of acne affecting adults commonly after adolescence. The course is typically divided in 3 phases with reddening, papules and pustules on the chin, cheeks and nose. Sometimes the conjunctiva of the eyes can be affected. These alterations are not only visible and therefore disturbing, they can also lead to itch and pain.
